Overview
Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Perishable goods such as coffee beans and preserved flowers are not eligible for return.
Eligible & Non-Returnable Items
Eligible items: Unopened, unused retail products in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (coffee beans, preserved flowers, fresh plants)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and proof of purchase
- Wait for official approval and designated return address
- Send back goods via trackable shipping. Buyer covers return freight unless items are defective
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm the refund result. Approved funds will be returned to your original payment account within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please submit damage photos within 7 days after receipt. We provide free replacement or full refund for defective goods.
Exchanges
Item exchange service is only available for damaged and defective products.
